Driver's License Testing Centers For Carroll County
First Time License Applicant: You will need to bring
your Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, SF-1010 form
from school,
Out-of-State License Applicant: You will need to
bring your Driver's License from the state in which you
moved from and |
The Carroll County
Mayor, County Clerk, Register of Deeds, Assessor of
Property, Election Commission, and the County Trustee
offices are located and all permits and licenses can be
obtained at the: Carroll County
Court Clerk: 625 High St., Suite 103, Huntingdon, TN 38344 •
731-986-1960 County Business License: You will need the name and address of your business and the business type. The cost for new business license is $20 fro the first year and each year thereafter will be based on actual sales receipts. Most incorporated townships also require a separate business license, contact your local City Hall for more information on local licenses. Marriage License: If you are 18 years of age or older you will need proof of age, Driver's License and a Social Security Card. Health License:
For food service workers, contact the: Business Licenses
for each incorporated township can be obtained at
the City Hall for that particular town, Phone numbers for

Vaccinations: Pets must be vaccinated for rabies and
wear registration tags at all times, also most townships
have 'Leash Laws' in effect. Vaccinations may be obtained
through your local veterinarian or contact the Carroll
