The Carroll County
Mayor, County Clerk, Register of Deeds, Assessor of
Property, Election Commission, and the County Trustee

New car tags: You will need your out-of-state title,
mileage for 1993 and newer models; proof you have paid Sales
Tax in the state in which you moved from. This includes
in-state and out-of-state car tags.
County Business
License: You will need the name and address of your
business and the business type. The cost for new business
license is $20 fro the first year and each year thereafter
will be based on actual sales receipts. Most incorporated
townships also require a separate business license, contact
your local City Hall for more information on local licenses.
Marriage License:
If you are 18 years of age or older you will need proof of
age, Driver's License and a Social Security Card.

Pet License &
Vaccinations: Pets must be vaccinated for rabies and
wear registration tags at all times, also most townships
have 'Leash Laws' in effect. Vaccinations may be obtained
through your local veterinarian or contact the Carroll
County Humane Society, 731-352-9950 for more information.
