As most have heard by now the NORANDAL USA, Inc. expansion has been
completed and production is well underway. We applaud the efforts made by
Norandal and all it's employees and contractors in getting the construction
completed in such a timely manner. The addition to the plant will mean many new
jobs and will help build the workforce of our county to an all time high. Thank
You! Norandal for growing with our county.

Welcome to Carroll County, the decision to expand your production
facilities in our county is a welcomed blessing. Due to plant closings in the
garment industries over the past couple years the county has an able bodied
workforce that now has some relief from the unemployment lines. It is our
sincere desire to see you to continue to grow with us and to be a part of
Carroll County.
VYN-ALL
Our newest industrial addition, this company manufactures vinyl swimming
pool liners. We welcome this new factory to our area and hope that they continue
to grow with Carroll County.
