Carroll Lake |
Located on Hwy. 22 just 3 miles south of McKenzie, this beautiful lake provides good fishing, pic-nic areas and shady wooded places to hike. Operated by the TWRA of Tennessee it features a concrete boat ramp and minimal launch fees and low cost daily fishing permits. Stop by and see what we have to offer.

There have been some prize catches made here at Carroll Lake. The fresh water flowing in from Clear Creek creates a perfect habitat for Bream, Bass, Crappie and Catfish. |

Here's a tree base that was created when a portion of the tree was damaged many years ago. The tunnel runs through the tree, though not near as large as the Great Sequoias it is still a unique site and makes a shelter for the squirrels. |
